IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SNOW REMOVAL CUSTOMERS

Damage Claims – Limited Reporting Period

Kingsbury General Improvement District (KGID) is providing this notice to customers who receive snow removal services within the District.

KGID’s snow removal contract with Lopez Home Enterprises, LLC (d/b/a Lopez Snow Removal) was mutually terminated effective December 31, 2025. Lopez Snow Removal provided services for a brief period only, from September 30 through December 31, 2025.

Report Damages Promptly

If you believe property damage occurred as a result of snow removal services during this period only, you must report it to KGID within the next two weeks.

Claims Reporting Deadline:
January 21, 2026

Claims submitted after this date may not be considered.

How to Report a Claim

To report a claim, please contact KGID and request a Damage Claim Form, or visit the District office to obtain one. All claims must be submitted directly to KGID and will be reviewed in accordance with District procedures.
