Special Board Meeting-Snow Removal Contract Actions

The Kingsbury General Improvement District Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the District office, located at 160 Pine Ridge Drive, Stateline, Nevada. Remote attendance options will also be available.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider two items related to snow removal services within the District:

• Ratification of a mutual termination agreement with Lopez Home Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Lopez Snow Removal; and

• Consideration of approval of a snow removal services contract with Manchester Enterprises, Inc.
